You are right; time is an illusion - but as the late great Douglas Adams said, "Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so." I have always thought there was more truth in that statement than appears in the first reading.
Time moves too fast for me, I retired early (I'm 61) and the days rush past so fast, hurtling me towards my end! Meditation could help slow this down...
Well, the big one for me is interacting with our kids as adults, and thinking back to the interactions with them as kids. One example is music experiences. I played Rock Band with them as 5/7 year olds, and it was so fun to see them rock out to my music from my high school years. Later they got into Rap and Hip Hop. More recently the 21 year old will play songs from the 60's, 80's, and then also Hip Hop.
